1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Scono ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the scono.co website and associated online games (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to use or access the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.


2. ELIGIBILITY

The Service is intended for users of all ages, including minors. By using the Service, you represent that you are either: (a) at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; or (b) using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. 3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Scono is a browser-based multiplayer gaming platform that allows users to create and join virtual game rooms to play party games online in real time. The Service requires no account registration and is provided free of charge to end users. Access to the Service requires an internet connection and a compatible web browser.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including specific games, features, or functionality, at any time without notice or liability.


4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. By using the Service, you agree that you will NOT:

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, and we reserve the right to report such violations to applicable law enforcement authorities.


5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Service allows users to submit user-generated content ("UGC"), including but not limited to player names, room names, chat messages, drawn images, and in-game answers. You retain ownership of any UGC you submit; however, by submitting UGC, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.

We actively monitor UGC and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability to you. We further reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the access of any user who submits prohibited UGC. While we strive to enforce these standards consistently, we do not warrant that all prohibited content will be identified and removed immediately.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on the Service that we have created, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game mechanics, code, and text, are the exclusive property of Scono or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to such materials, except the limited right to use the Service as set forth herein.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any materials from the Service without our express prior written consent.


7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCONO AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN EUROS (€10.00).


9. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and expect users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar legislation in other jurisdictions, we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
